Do you accept commissions / custom orders?

Yes! I love custom orders and creating something unique with and for you. Contact me to get the ball rolling.

Do you accept credit and debit cards?

Yes. All payments go through PayPal, but you don't need a PayPal account. You can pay with American Express, Mastercard or Visa or your PayPal account if you have one.

Where do your items ship from?

Everything available in my store is made in my studio in Sweden. Anything you buy is packed and shipped from there by me.

Why are your prices in Swedish Crowns?

Because I am based in Sweden, all of my accounting is done in our local currency: Swedish Crowns. This is why my prices are also in that currency. Not to worry though, you will see the purchase amount in your own currency at check-out.

Why don't you offer free shipping?

Unfortunately, there is no such thing as a free lunch. "Free" shipping just means the cost of shipping is rolled into the price. I prefer the transparency of showing what you pay for my work and what you pay the postal service to deliver it to you.

How much shipping do you charge?

The cost of shipping depends on the weight and dimensions of the item you order, so there is no fixed answer to this question.

A single cushion cover will ship worldwide for around 75 SEK, whereas shipping for a rug typically starts from 198 SEK and increases depending on the rug's weight.
